Yes, it is more expensive, but the build quality is excellent. It performs well for my daily tasks and is reliable which is what I need for my next computer on the go for years to come. I'm still learning the mac shortcuts though which will take some time getting used to.

Expensive But Great

You might think it’s weird it has a notch at first but it is very easy to get used to. Screen is amazing. Speakers are so much better than I’ve ever heard in any laptop ever. Overall an amazing product for what you’re gonna be dropping what feels like your salary on.

MACs are not intuitive to find, adjust, and get to the root of items. Windows Explorer is superior to Finder. Performance wise it rocks. Wished I had gotten the 1TB (vs 512) HD.

It’s back and better!

I’m happy they have brought back what many of us were missing. The new MacBook is fast and has everything I need to work. I also love that the USB-c ports can still be used for power or as an external monitor hookup/hub.

Super speedy and really beautiful. It’s got a premium weight to it. If you’re converting from Windows to MAC, I suggest you really learn MAC OS before blaming the laptop for any misgivings regarding speed. This is the best performing laptop I’ve ever owned.
