Nice laptop. Was due for an upgrade. My previous MacBook Pro short circuited.

My 2010 MacBook Pro finally gave out this year so I pulled the trigger on a new one. I have a Mac Mini with the M2 chip and almost went for the the M2 MacBook Pro but he M1 Pro model was on sale. Glad I did. The M1 Pro is BLAZING fast. Phenomenal performance.

Was looking for something to replace my 10 year old IMac. I was also looking at getting a laptop for mobility. After reading the reviews I decided on the new MacBook Pro. This thing feels solid compared to most of the windows laptops out there. The speed is amazing. Very happy with my decision.

Bought for my son to take to college. Its a mac book, its great.

Excellent laptop, I have it connected to a Samsung M7 32 inch monitor/TV. It works great. I have A ROKU speaker/stream box connected and use it in the guest bedroom. It’s simple to switch from TV mode to computer mode and when needed I can use it as a laptop.

The laptop is great and it works perfectly for video editing and similar projects. The only thing is that it’s quite expensive but that’s to be expected from apple.

Got a great deal on this laptop. A far better value than a M2 Air with similar specs.

One of the best laptops I’ve had years does everything I need to do

Good laptop but it doesn’t do what all the reviews and demos say. Editing 4K video it does not have the smooth play back. I see lots of dropped frames. If export then no issue on the exported file. I have similar issues in affinity photo with large multi layer images. They open extremely fast but after 6-8 layers I get lots of buffering. I don’t think I’ve ever heard the fan, it’s extreamly quiet!! The display is amazing. If not for the buffering on final cut and affinity it would be 4.5 to 5 stars. As it is I’m saying a very weak 4 star maybe 3.5
