came ready out of box, sleek, really liked best buy pickup and availability though i had to drive to another city

Absolutely love this beast of a laptop. I had a 2019 MacBook Pro and this is far better than that. I never hear the fan turn on.. ever! It never gets hot for the task that I use it for. I also truly love the display and speakers. This is just an overall a awesome MacBook/laptop

It's good and durable, but it's heavy and hard to carry around.

I had no need to wait for the M2 version to come out. The M1 is crazy fast, and this configuration is very useful for my needs. I can run current Adobe Creative Cloud apps, which I could not do on my older MacBook Air. My only wish is that it had a regular USB port for flash drives. Guess I'll have to get some kind of adaptor.

Power, Fast, Multitasking. Unparalleled Battery life

Compared to the new M2 - 13" MBP and MB Air, it's a steal and a powerhouse! Was thinking about the new Air and would have to upgrade the SSD and RAM to the next level. The M1 14" was $100 more on sale and a MUCH better laptop. Don't get fooled by the latest M2, watch the YouTube reviews, etc. (UNLESS you just need it for web, email and pages.)

So far, working great and fast speed/performance. 14" is good size to consider and price was great deal! Overall happy with purchase.

Was little hesitant to get this, but I’m glad I got it. Work great and smooth.

Love it. It's replacing a 10 year old MacBook. I find the amount of time I spend for the same work is remarkably less. From the finger sign in to the speed of everything. I keep so many things open without any loss. I am just learning how to use it. Now I'm off to buy a new Apple iPhone to replace an XR.

After constant debate, and review over this product as well as whether or not to wait for the M2 MacBook Air… the decision to buy the MacBook Pro was drawn out for me. I compared specs, with availability on the laptop as far as ports and it came down to spending the extra money to get a Pro even with considering to wait for the M2 MacBook Air.

Excellent upgraded lap top! This computer is faster and key board is perfect.
