Great product, terrible Bestbuy service

However, when we opened the box, the laptop was dirty, smudges on the screen and dust on the laptop body. On top of that, the device wasn’t erased properly, whoever tried to erase the Mac back to factory settings, deleted the macOS software erasing all the data so i had to waste an hour or so with apple customer service to install the macOS and start it as a brand new device. Very happy with the product, totally unsatisfied with Bestbuy service
