One of the best purchase i have made, best in value compato it’s performance

I was considering the M2 MacBook Air with 16GB RAM and 512 GB storage. However, I noticed the price difference between the M2 MacBook Air and M1 MacBook Pro was less than $100. I read the reviews of both and decided on the M1 MacBook Pro and I am glad I did. I got the M1 MacBook Pro, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB storage. I chose the silver color. I replaced a 2013 MacBook Pro which was on its last legs. Because I keep these types of purchases for a long time, I wanted features such as better speakers and a brighter screen. The speakers sound really good and the screen is clear and bright. So far, I can go over a day before I need to recharge the battery. As for aesthetics, MacBook Pro is pressed into the bottom of the case, which is different in a good way. I just wish Apple would bring back the lighted apple logo on the top cover. I thought that was a really good marketing gimmick back in the day. Imagine walking by and you notice someone is on their Mac because the illuminated apple logo. At least we still get our Apple stickers. Another good piece of marketing over the years. I don't think you can go wrong with whatever Mac you choose from a quality standpoint. Just get the one that meets your current needs as well as your future needs.

MacBook Pro 14 in. is an excellent laptop that is hard to beat when on sale. This is my third one - the 2011 13 inch is still working but cannot take any operating system updates so decided time to upgrade. This 14" has fantastic color and clarity. It is not much heavier than current 13 in. MacBook Air but has better speakers etc.

Great laptop just a bit much for my needs. The Best Buy employee said it was the best laptop to buy ands he was correct!

Bought for personal use and we love it. We are an Apple family and this is the second Mac in our family. Awesome product

Best laptop I’ve ever owned. Been an Apple phone guy for a while but always owned PC’s because of the Apple price tags. I do not regret spending the money after spending a few months with the laptop. If you don’t plan to take it on the go a lot then I even recommend spending even more to get the larger one. If you do travel a good bit then go with the smaller, very portable but not as small as you might think. I’ve had no issues with the smaller screen size.

I would say this was the best decision of my life. The laptop is fast, quiet, beautiful in design and overall perfect. I didn't go with more memory since I didn't find the price difference logical. Also, I switched from a 17 inch laptop to this one and I was worried it would feel small, but no I was wrong.

This is one of the most impressive laptops I have ever seen. Boots up fast. Wifi network configuration was easy. Very thin for the power it has. Resonably light weight. Inital setup was resonably speedy, allowing me to start using the Mac quickly. I cannot comment on processor speed for intensive programs, because I only use software Apple intially supplied.

Took me forever to decide on a new Mac. Studio? MacBook Pro? M2 Air? Finally chose this one. With 16GB RAM and the 512 SSD, it was just a few $ more than the new M2 (with more features). I feel like I made the right choice. This thing blazes. The screen is gorgeous. Super fast. Quiet. Really excited with the capabilities and the potential moving forward. A+

Love it. Traded in my 2015 MacBook Pro - so far loving it. Screen is a bit smaller but its so light and easy to use.
