Use it primarily to edit RAW pictures from my Sony camera, so file sizes are pretty large. Fingerprinting reader is pretty neat and fast. Battery life is amazing, even with the screen's brightness up. Went with the 512gb and bought a 2TB SSD and I'm pretty happy with the set up so far.

Fast, Sleek, Near Perfect laptop

I upgraded from a 2012 macbook pro and it was totally worth it. Fast and smooth no matter what I am working on or doing. Has every port you could want besides a USB-A. This was easily solved with a dongle. If your on the fence between this and 13 inch, just get this one and be happy!

Right balance of Power,Efficiency

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right balance of power and efficiency with mac os so good optimized that it flies.Display is really good, good viewing angles ,sunlight visibility is great as well.When you want to save power you can use low power mode.For more demanding tasks it doesn't have to be plugged in.Fan is there which hardly kicks in unless doing something demading.
