Turned on everyday like you would think a $2700.00 Apple Mac Pro product would, until a month before your very limited warranty expires and two inches of your left screen goes dark. Apple then blames you the consumer for mis-handling said device (which didn't), and then charges you $800.00 to fix it.

Love my new computer. Am still learning as this is my first MacBook. Have always had Dell, HP, etc. in the past. Love my iPad so decided to try Apple in Desktop to digitize my large photo collection. Think I am really going to like organizing on my MacBook.

Laptop froze and crashed, wiping everything I had on it within 3 months of purchase, before I was able to safely transfer to storage. 8 years of data. Applecare covered everything for replacing the laptop, but all files were lost. Not sure if this is the standard for Best Buy.

I use the Bestbuy credit card and get amazing deals which saves a lot. I wouldn't buy electronics anywhere else. I love the Interest free program. I just bought macbook pro 16 m1 max and will finance for 36 months.

M1 max chip is honestly the best thing I’ve had in years. Render times in FCPX are lightning fast, and everyday things are still just as fast. You wont regret it!

After two weeks the MagSafe charging stopped working. Old school usb charging works, but at slow speeds. Google this problem and see it’s a common problem. Of course the geek squad at Best Buy know nothing about this issue or Apple products in general. They really shouldn’t sell Macs

I upgraded from a 2015 MacBook Pro and I'm loving it. I did have to purchase several new adapters for my existing accessories - monitor, keyboard, etc.

The product did work for 30 days and would not boot. The unit was impressive , well packaged , quick and of high quality (before it failed). The laptop was certainly a premature failure, but the GeekSquad was not as impressive or maybe just brutally honest. Worked with Apple support and recommended we bring to Best Buy for refund or service. This was a higher end unit and not in stock. The geek squad was not too impressive and maybe they were unfamiliar with Apple laptops. The Geek squad greeter suggested I take the laptop elsewhere as there was too much "red tape" and would slow down the repair. He suggested a better experience would be found elsewhere .

Mouse pad is way too big. I returned it. I had trouble with my 2016 MacBook Pro because my wrist hits the track pad making the cursor jump around while typing. Very annoying. The 16 inch pro's mouse pad is even larger so will be worse.

For software developers just remember that this product may have issues with your development environment such as vagrants or virtual box they may not currently support this processor therefore you have to look for alternative options instead of virtual box you may need to use VMware products and so on however the display the keyboard the speakers the entire product looks and feels great
