Disappointed

It’s been a month and I still can’t use it because the Geek guys messed my password and every time I go I have to wait 9 days or whatever the amount of days it takes. Of course I took it to Apple Store and now I have to wait another 9 days. Very disappointed in the service and the product!! They need to take the laptop and give me a new one.

Dont waste your time!

Bought this open box macbook and the screen was defective. Apparently they dont even check for functionality. Gets returned, they throw it on the shelf, you deal with the inconvenience. Not worth the waste of time!

Apple thought I was a bad actor who would screw up their cloud, so they kept extending the time I would have to wait to get the password. It took 4 weeks to finally get it set up.

Amazing computer with one drawdown

The latency is so high on this laptop it's not even a selling point to say it's 120hz. In reality because of the latency it looks like 60hz maybe. Keep that in mind if you're a display nerd.

MacBook Pro M1 Max: Too early a purchase.

From day one I had issues with the software I use. Running Monterey the compatibility issues were insurmountable. With either programs freezing or the the MacBook re-booting itself and both Apple Tech and Software techs without solution to solve the challenges I returned the MacBook Pro M1 Max. I will wait a year and let the issues be resolved.

Good Machine

There were signs that it had been used before, and a small scratch on the apple emblem, but other than that it was in great condition. Its a very fast machine, and I havent run into any issues.
