I’m a YouTube creator, Check me out on YouTube “StatueFanatic” so for me this is a game changer. Many creators like myself realize that having a machine that can help us with the time consuming task of editing, rendering and uploading our content is invaluable. I think this process alone discourages content creators from being consistent in publishing content, it’s just so darn time consuming. This machine is a game changer. I mean mind blowing in terms of how much time is saved. For example it’s excruciating to think about editing and publishing a video longer than 15min. Just 15 min could take 30-40 min to render, my Mac book M1 max cut this Down to 5MIN, yes 5 Min that’s insane. This has motivated me to create more content and brought a renewed joy to my passion. I CAN NOT recommend this machine enough. If you purchased last year’s top of the line Mac book pro, it’s worth upgrading to this. The boost in performance is worth it. And don’t get me started on the ports, finally apple listened, pro users need pro ports, thank you. I LOVE THIS UPGRADE.

Same quality and speed as my old 2014 mac book. Love it, just wish there were usb ports on it. Plus the apple on the lid doesnt light up, i guess the folks at apple didnt think it needed to be carried over to the new model.

Gorgeous screen, super fast and it just works. I love that they brought back the ports we need. It is a bit heavy but that doesn’t bother me.

Great laptop. Super fast when I use premiere pro and edit my videos in 4k. Amazing battery life, can edit 2 full documentary videos without charging the laptop

I have been wanting this 16 inch Macbook Pro with the M1 Max chip since its launch late in 2021, and finally got myself one, and brand new, thanks to Best Buy having the lowest price I've found for it. In my opinion, the updated Macbook Pro with the M2 Max isn't worth the rather large cost difference, for this prior version with the M1 Max has all the performance power I could ever hope for, and I foresee it serving me well for the next several years, maybe even the rest of the decade. Who knows what Apple will come up with in advances for the Macbook Pro in the future, but I feel confident this Macbook with the M1 Max will likely suit my needs for many years to come until time for an upgrade.

Excellent, is a wonderful tool and I like the colors displayed on the screen, it is my first Mac and I can see the big difference.

Very nice product indeed. I would recommend this the M1 Max 32gb ram in 2023, lots of power, runs like a champ. Was able to find an open box in my area in excellent condition for $2,400.

The mac book pro is an excellent computer to go with my iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV as every thing syncs and works seamlessly. It is a simple system yet quite powerful. Should you need computer power you can easily take the Mac Book Pro with you. Best of all Best Buy total tech has delivered and set up my systems, made a follow up house call to make sure the systems are working correctly and answer any questions about the systems. Then i have 24/7/365 access to total tech for whatever. Should have done this years ago!

I ABSOLUTELY don’t need the power this laptop has. However, given the fact that my other MacBook is now 9 years old I thought I would upgrade to the biggest and baddest MacBook I could get because it be will another 9 years before I get another! So, my other aging 2012 MacBook still works without a hitch, the screen is perfect and I have had ZERO issues with it. All of the data that was on that laptop transferred over seamlessly to this new MacBook and the OS picked up on it immediately and setup took about 10 minutes tops. MacBooks and their OS just don’t fail. No blue screens of death, no lockups - nothing. This is why I spent the money on this beast. So, if you are the type of person that likes to feel some MASS in your hands when you work with your laptop or are carrying it, this doesn’t disappoint. Gone is the drive to make things thinner and lighter … this MacBook has some serious innards and it AGAIN has the MagSafe connector and an HDMI connection. It has some thickness, it has some weight - and I love it. Unfortunately, I can’t give you technical details about all of the video editing programs and other software that people use in posting their reviews. However, if you read those reviews you can see that this is a powerhouse of a laptop. So, currently, I have a 1000 hp car that I drive back and forth to work everyday and stay under 60 mph. I just like the best things and I got the best with this laptop. It should be very future proof!

I am a videographer and music producer. I have run Adobe premier pro, adobe photoshop, garage band and an Elton live on this and the fan still hasn’t run on this! The battery life on this is amazing, I barely have to charge it a couple times each week (depending on what I am doing on it) the screen is gorgeous and the speakers are high quality- which I was not expecting

While expensive, this is easily the best laptop I've ever owned. It's fast, quiet, the speakers sound good, and the screen looks amazing. I use it for software development, video editing, and photo editing. Handles the 61MP photos my camera produces, and my 4K 10-Bit video files with ease.

Very nice computer. The sound and picture is amazing. Only down side is it’s pretty heavy
