Little to no CPU overloads what so ever. I haven't put the visual animation processing to the test. Without a doubt, I would most probably see a substantial improvement due to the fact that I upgraded from a Core 2 Duo 2010 MacBook Pro.

Solid laptop for school

I am in a cinematography course and having the integrated sd card port on the macbook is really great! The only complaint I have is there is only 3 thunderbolt ports, replacing the USB A ports in prior versions.
