Love it, works great…. The only it’s missing is the apple smell when you open it. I miss that!

I work in an office setting and Microsoft Word on Mac sucks compared to Windows. I also don't know why after all these years Macs still feel slow in terms of the user interface. Everything else about the laptop is great. I only use it to shop and watch videos though. It's useless for work.

After completing the initial setup the computer would hang for several seconds regularly. The cursor would move but I couldn’t select anything. I plugged an external hard drive via USB to create a TimeMachine backup When I started the backup the computer crashed 4 times and never completed a backup.

Major upgrade from my 2013 macbook just wish it had better IO dongles are annoying

I was putting in my password and it kicked me out and told me I was locked out.....!!!!!!!I have a computer specialist trying to get it running and he is fighting it as well!!!!! I like Apple but I am about to see what it looks like after target practice!!!!!!

Apple needs to improve in their laptops ports. For that kind of money charged for a laptop it needs to have all ports like any regular laptop.

battery died within first month of having it. not impressed

I dislike that it isn't compatible with any of my other devices and only has the new usb-c ports. Transferring data has been a giant hassle and taken precious weekends, still not usable. iCloud is like a virus, changes file structure and moves things, not useful. Screen is small and print too tiny to see in email even with the fun accessibility options. The fingerprint unlock is cool though, works well.

Seems way way too slow. I expected it to be lightning fast yet somehow it may take minutes.

Decided to sell my Macbook Pro 2020 for this one. My goodness it is powerful, more battery life and not to mentioned the keyboard. We got Magsafe back, USB C in case you cant charge with a magsafe, HDMI port, and so on. The screen looks great what's not there to like! Yes were missing an USB A port but so what...it is worth it! ONE OF THE BEST LAPTOP I HAVE EVER USE from a Macbook Pro. I did buy a Macbook Air back in November, but returned it. Something felt off about a Macbook Air and glad I did. Since this Macbook Pro was only $400 off at the time and I had promo cose on top of that making the Macbook Pro an easier decision than the Macbook Air. I did not want to wait for 2023 Macbook Pro and glad I didn't have to wait long.
