This is the best computer I have ever owned. I love the display and the easy accessibility to apps and other programs. I love how I could also connect my phone through it. The only argument I have with this computer is that there are no USB ports.

Good product from apple company to all people who used for design

As a Mac fan and not really a Windows fan I wanted to write this review on the new 16.2 inch Mac with the M1 Pro CPU. Let me start by saying that the battery would be rated 6 stars if that was an option. It seems twice as good as the 16 inch with the Intel i9, maybe even better. I have played a couple of games on the laptop to see if I could fire the fans up but this laptop is the coolest running laptop I have seen with this much power. I have not run the laptop thru any performance tests but I can tell that it is very powerful. There was a lot of hype about the mini-led display but although the display is very bright and crisp I did not see a noticeable difference to the eye when compared to the previous model. I kind of got used to the Touch Bar so I think I would have rather they kept it, but not a big deal. Now let me touch on the points that in my opinion bring this back down to 4 stars. The size - larger and heavier than the previous model but if that is what it takes to keep the laptop cool then I am ok with it. Still, the extra weight is noticeable. The keyboard according to Apple is still a magic keyboard but the keystroke length feels shorter and I seem to make more mistakes typing than on the magic keyboard released in 2019. I have seen other comments related to this as well but Apple just says it is still the magic keyboard. While I am on the topic of the keyboard I am not sure why they surrounded the keys with a black background rather than the color of the laptop but I think the previous model looked cleaner, just my opinion. Now let me get to the shortfalls. With all the technical expertise and pioneering that Apple has demonstrated, why can't they build in a face scan option like a Microsoft Surface which is more secure and makes it much easier and quicker to login. If the web camera is as sharp as they say it is then it should be able to support face scans. The fingerprint option is nice but you still have to type your password in initially to login. Seems like Apple is going in the wrong direction for logins. Also, maybe there is an option to change this but I like to tap my finger on the touchpad to select an item rather than actually pressing the touchpad to make a click. Not a huge deal breaker but still irritating. Microsoft has plenty of shortcomings too such as the constant need to install updates. Other personnel have commented on this but I would like to point out that my MSI 1700 dollar laptop smokes this laptop with it's Nvidia GPU. I'm not convinced that Apple cares about gaming but they still have some work to do if they want to be considered a gaming laptop, With all that said, I personally would not let this stop you from buying one of these incredible machines. Apple definitely improved this laptop with their M1 CPU's and I look forward to seeing what is next.

The display on this laptop is amazing -- whether I use it for watching my favorite shows or taking care of tasks for work. I'm so glad that Apple added the HDMI port back into their MacPros. This laptop runs very smoothly thanks to the M1 Pro chip.

Love this laptop! And the service in store when coming to decision of best one was the best ever! The battery life is amazing, a quick charge of an hour powers the machine for several days- and I’m using this for work 8-10 hours a day. The display is clear and vivid and with depth.

2 years later and it's still rocking!, and it looks that will last for much more. Great quality in every aspect!

I know its expensive but the package you're getting has yet to be replicated this MacBook truly is a leap not just a yearly spec bump P.S. If you're on the fence about screen size get the 16 if you can I had the 14 inch first but the multitasking started feeling cubersome

Bouth this used from BB. Absolutely no issues at all, the item was exactly as described online, had no i cloud lock, and looked like new. It was not even the certified one by geek squad! I have always bought BB pre-owned with confidence and never had an issue making a return in the 1/25 times there was an issue!
