Up graded from the previous Mac Book with the Touch Bar and was sad about giving up my Touch Bar but I had so many issues with it that I’m pleasantly grateful to be able to enjoy this laptop without any issues thus far! I’m very satisfied and the tech support which includes apple care is a bonus!

Really great laptop

I opened it after a long weekend to check my calendar. After 5 minutes it was hot to the touch. Meanwhile I couldn't get this M1 Pro to even feel warm. It's amazing.

Stupid efficient great piece of equipment.

The only downfall is the translation of the programs we are so used to using like excel, word, PowerPoint and more. You do lose some of the programs capabilities within the translation.

Love it.The Geek Squad brought me up to speed in one session. As a Senior I usually feel lost but they were patient and I am up and running. Also got credit for bringing in my old laptop. A nice credit to use.
