Very very pleased with this purchase. It is a fine product. I purchased two at the same time...one for myself and one for my wife. Unfortunately doing an OS update her Mac bricked. I was able to do a recovery because I had the exact same Mac. Not pleased these things are so easy to brick. Bad Design

Needed a new apple laptop with M1 processor for work this was the best deal Ask if they have an “open box” for a small discount and got the apple care protection plan in case something went wrong in the future with it as i have experienced before so far so good no issues

I've been using Mac laptops for 10+ years now and I love this one in particular. I like the new keyboard (feels good to type on) and the feature to silence calls/notifications across all your Apple ID products via the keyboard shortcut. This was super helpful for zoom interviews! 10/10!

Love how fast this Macbook is. The M1 chip seriously makes a HUGE difference in my workflow. (I’m a photographer). My only concern is the charging, it chooses when to charge.

Today is my official day of working off my MacBook Pro 16" Laptop. It took awhile to download all of my photos etc.. My hard drive on my Mac died. I was concerned about working off a smaller screen, no trackpad or mouse. So far so good! I should have upgraded sooner to this laptop!

Makes my work so much easier. I am a photographer and use Lightroom. My Lenovo was so slow compared to the Mac. There is a learning curve since it's my first Mac but I'm getting used to it.

Not sure why I was ever on the fence about getting a Mac, I absolutely love it! Love the fact that I can integrate it so easily with my phone. Great graphics, speed and apps. Only complaint is it is kind of heavy and the screen gets smudged really easily and is not easy to clean.

The MacBook is perfect. It is fast and has everything I needed. The only bad part being M1 chip instead of x86 based chip is that my favorite VM hypervisor (Oracle VirtualBox) will not work anymore. I have to buy a VM hypervisor software that support M1 chip for support my VMs.

I bought 14 and 16 MBP M1 for my work and have no regrets. These guys can run multiple apps without any hiccups with great thermal efficiency (16 is better). Very high-quality product; probably won't purchase MBPs for many years.

This MacBook Pro is disappointing for how much it costs, I just wish it would support external monitors as well as an 8 year old windows PC. I just replaced my 2015 MBP with this one and am disappointed to see that it still can't handle using an external monitor any better than it could 6 years ago. Text is crisp and beautiful on my 2k and 4k monitors with my windows machine, but it instantly becomes blurry when connected with my MacBook Pro. I needed a MBP for work, but if you don't absolutely need this (and if someone isn't buying it for you) save yourself the money and get a better laptop that works with accessories. Speed is pretty good, as to be expected. Storage is overpriced and not expandable, which isn't a surprise for Apple, but still loses a star for it. Can't remove bloatware (Stocks, Apple TV, Home, News, etc.) The battery lasted about ~10 hors while writing (no bluetooth, no VMs, no video, just writing). Text on the laptop itself is great, it just can't get external monitors to look as good as they do on a Windows machine- which is infuriating.

Great graphics. Easily creates and edits videos. Good battery life. Volume reaches very high levels. Great machine.

Glad I made the purchase! It was an open box and for the 16’ I saved almost $300! I happened upon the open box when I actually came to purchase the $2499 brand new. The Mac Pro works great after the Geek squad did their thing! It was truly a “Best Buy”!
