Still learning how to use, the graphics are crisp and mostly bought it for my music

Nice laptop but little bit bulky.camara position is not good.

Better but just needs to not be so much comparably.

Love the TV. Great picture. The remote takes getting used to but all good now.

The computer itself is excellent. Boots up quickly has good processing power, and has a decent GPU. However... The backlight on my keyboard has been out from day 1, and there is a weird crackling sound when playing music. I expect more from apple products. I have apple care, but they gave me the runaround when I called in. The sound crackling is a known issue, by the way. I will bring this to best buy for a replacement as soon as possible. I would look at other models.

Struggle with saving documents on one drive versus computer.

Expected better workmanship. Light sources show from under keys.

Might be good for people that don't do much on a computer but otherwise if you open a couple apps, it really doesn't run well. Not enough ram for anyone that would need a couple windows open at once for work

This Mac is awesome. Best Buy got it to me on time.

The product looks fine but some compatability issues going on. It's like going back in time, with more power. M1 chip is great but no compatibility with a lot of business applications.

Pros: 1. The keyboard is the best out there 2. The screen is unbelievably good 3. Everything is buttery smooth thanks to the M1 pro and 16 gigs of ram 4. Mind-blowing battery life Cons: 1. Only 512 gigs of storage, the base model 16 inch should start at 1TB in my opinion

I do not like this computer. It doesnt have the ports i need and requires adapters to run my peripherals.

I purchased an open box item for this one. Actually, the condition was "excellent-certified". However, the product quality was poor. The battery capacity had already faded down to 96% and I received the product with 10 battery cycles with a scratched charger. I personally recommend buying new items from BestBuy, not open-box items.

Key on keyboard was chipped when I opened it up out of the box!!!!! Don’t buy computers from here

Had it for 2 weeks some application that I been using for work still not compatible with the m1 pro chip.

Terms and conditions to product sale not clearly communicated when credit issued. Sale completed at time of applying for credit in store. No terms were agreed on. Another customer was helped with no I. D. This customer Was included in sale because they had vehicle. This process wasn't adequate for me.
