I had a disappointing experience at Best Buy Southlake recently. I saw online that the game I wanted was available in-store, so I decided to go and pick it up. After walking around the store and not finding the game, I approached an associate for help. Unfortunately, the associate's response was far from helpful. Without checking anything, he simply told me they were out of stock and walked away. I was left feeling frustrated by the lack of effort. Later, I decided to order the game online from the same store, and to my surprise, I received an email shortly after saying my item was ready for pickup. This inconsistency and poor in-store service were incredibly disappointing. I expected a more helpful and thorough response from the staff. The whole experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope the store takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Amazing how they can charge $70 for the same exact game as Madden 22. They only difference is updated rosters. Horrible.

I've been playing Madden since 92' on the Sega Genesis and over recent years the game has gotten stale. This year's version isn't that same old song and dance. I especially love what the guys at EA did with the tackling physics, animations and movement in general. I also enjoyed that they made a PlayStation 4 version at least for one more year since not all of us have upgraded to a PS5 yet. But, if this happens to be the final installation of Madden on the PS4 they went out on a very high note. Even if you have taken the last few years off saying the same thing I have, "that the game is the same as last year with the only difference being a new updated roster", don't take Madden 25' off. I hope this review and opinion helps you make your minds up on purchasing this game. Thanks for reading.
