I ordered the wrong digital card and Best Buy refused to give me credit. I then purchase the same game full price. It doesn’t work and I tried to get a refund and they refused. You just lost a customer. I work in the hospital with many employees which I have discussed this issue about Best Buy and not to purchase anything there because of this incident.
