Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the affordable price and good sound of the 6-String Parlor-Size Acoustic Guitar. Many beginners and those learning to play the guitar appreciate its suitability for their skill level. The guitar also comes with various accessories and instructional CDs, making it a great value for the price. While some customers have mentioned that the strings could be better and a tuner would be a nice addition, overall, customers are pleased with this guitar.

For the price, this is a good guitar with a lot of extras. I bought this for my 8 year old son. Great size for him.

I wanted to learn how to play the guitar without paying a HUGE price. I didn't expect to much out of this guitar considering it was cheap but, turns out it was worth EVERY dollar! I seriously couldn't put it down it sounds awesome when tuned and it comes with everything! I am completely satisfied with this product.

I write and record music, and wanted an acoustic to accompany my electric guitar and bass. The best thing about it is I can take it anywhere and play. The sound is rich the scale length is one inch shorter than my electric. It features a nice wide fretboard for easy fingering. I did get better strings and I've never used the DVDs but I imagine they are helpful. I you wanna save some dough and get a sweet axe, it a good choice.

I bought two of these for my children. One I was able to set up by putting on some Martin strings and lowering the action. It sounds good enough for my daughter to use as a beginner, and later a beater guitar for camping etc. The other was a train wreck. I put new Martin strings on but the fret board was so dry that it was cracked and frets were popping out everywhere. When I lowered the action to a playable height I had a bunch of dead strings above the 10th fret. I could've spent 5 hours filing frets and trying to get it playable but I've become so disappointed in this guitar I may just give it away. Gibson should not put their name on this. I just bought a 2013 Gibson Les Paul Standard and the QC on it was questionable too. An Allen screw fell out of the tail piece as I was tuning it?!? I'd expect that in an $89 guitar but a $3000 guitar? You'd think they would pay a little more attention to QC. Buy a Yamaha, seriously. For a little more you get 10 times as much.

I wish the guitar would hace stronger strings. The day we used it , we broke 2 strings off the back. Will take it to Guitar Center to get it fixed

I am very disappointed in Gibson for making this. I got it for my niece the sounds was horrible, strings were cheap and it had a very bad echo. I bought the guitar brand new and I got it in poor bad condition. Its a very bad guitar I wouldn't get it.

    NOT SUCH A GREAT GUITAR

GUITAR ARRIVED IN GREAT SHAPE AND LOOKS GOOD. HOWEVER, ONCE OUT OF THE BOX AND TUNED USING MY IPHONE APP, BOTH THE E & A STRINGS VIBRATE AGAINST THE FRETS...TOP TWO. ALTHOUGH THEY SEND ALONG A TOOL FOR ALIGNMENT "TO BE DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL", THIS DID ME NO GOOD. CALLED BEST BUY TO INQUIRE ABOUT A RETURN, BUT IT IS OUTSIDE OF 30 DAYS, SO "NO CAN RETURN". GUESS I'M STUCK. EVEN A BEGINNER SHOULD NOT LOOK AT THIS GUITAR.

The guitar was bad out of the box first off the tenth fret was superglued on. Yea that's right not even pressed in to the wood just glue. Then the tuners they won't hold a tune if the world depended on it if you could get it in tune . No person should have to be stuck with this thing
