Very Poor Installation Experience

Worst customer experience I've had in a very long time. Ordered a Pioneer head unit and all the recommended installation accessories, arrived to the store, waited for 2 hours, then the install tech said the best buy recommended harness won't work.
So he instructs me to order a different harness from Crutchfield. I take a picture of the new harness from his monitor, order it and then come back next week. When I arrive next week, after an hour, I'm told they made a mistake and this is the wrong harness. They told me to order the WRONG ONE AGAIN. I decided to return everything and take my business elsewhere.
Long story short. Question everything they tell you and make sure you have the right parts. These guys do not know what they are doing, so you cannot just trust what they tell you or you will end up very frustrated.
