    I haven't noticed any change in function of the steering wheel controls since replacing my head unit, which is awesome.

    This module made installing my double din, dvd, carplay unit a breeze! The firmware setup was super easy and the site has good support and documents. Now the bad news and reason for the lost star. No where in the information I found before purchase did it tell me that for my vehicle (2007 VW GTI) that I would have no option for changing tracks using my steering wheel controls. All the literature made it sound like full steering wheel control functions would be retained. That's not the case for you MK5 VW owners! BEWARE!!!

    What an easy product to use that doesn't wander your time!!!! So easy to use. Make sure you have a windows computer. It won't work on apple software
