This unit has barely been used, but I'm getting connection errors. I have no idea if the problem is with the Pioneer head unit, the Maestro unit, or something else. The whole thing doesn't work well.

Let’s you use the steering wheel volume up and down and mute but the track forward and back doesn’t!!!

Ridiculous. I had to buy this for the stereo to work and it doesn’t even let me use the steering wheel controls.

Radio replacement is very good and helped the tech

The interface works okay, but it doesn't allow for full use of functions.

Installer refused to do the installation. I had to refund the whole purchase. The best buy installation techs just make up excuses not to do the work. A total waste of time. I had to refund a $1000 purchase.

This product is awesome works as intended. My one star is solely based on bestbuy. I bought this after weeks of issues with features not working a maestro tech drove down and found out the unit I received was a RR(256) the new model is RR(512) has to do with internal memory. I figured this out direct without the help of bestbuy. My guess is they have a surplus of old models in inventory. They should really swap those out with maestro. Costed me lots of time and additional money that should not have been an issue if I was sold the correct updated unit.

Ordered but doesnt have harness and was the only cheap option the other being 499

Very disappointing, radio doesn't work well, they couldn't solve the problem with static

It says its been delivered but i never got it & he took it to the wrong address

I’ve been very disappointed in the master because it is never accurate with the speed limit on the car as well as many other features like gas millage

radio ordered no problem....salesman ordered the wrong mounting bracket which I opened and could not return....salesman also ordered the wrong wiring harness which I completely soldered together, then had to cut apart, {throw away}, and go to best buy again to retrieve the correct harness and re solder all together......very poor experience....

Maybe it was defective but i coild not get it to work

If you have a 2019 Ford Ranger, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUIR RANGER!

Although this looked promising, it failed miserably with regards to wiring. I followed the manual to a T for my 2007 non nav CRV. It did not work, I also used the harness for "easy" wiring. This thing smoked and never linked to steering wheel controls, even after two resets and reloads for this vehicle.
