Installers put it in incorrectly, but that is not an issue with the product. great piece to buy if you plan to keep your sterring wheel controls

Don't settle with the cheaper version.. to much trouble and does not work.. spend the extra dollars and sure to work.

I should have done it right off the bat but did not feel like spending extra for it. It works flawlessly.

This is something extra to buy or not to buy to continue to do so but in my case I was happy that I was able to continue to do so. I love this product..

Product work better than I hoped

It allows you to customize device to the individual vehicle with just your computer,no special cable or special instructions.
