Customers highly value the Universal Analog Steering Wheel Interface for its steering wheel controls, ease of use, and compatibility. Many find the installation process straightforward and appreciate the overall performance and fit. While the interface is well-regarded, some customers feel the price is a bit high, and a few have noted that programming is required before installation and that the instructions could be clearer.

Spent a bunch extra to purchase this, and have it properly installed by the Geek Squad. Glad I did, as it works flawlessy and even provides a mute function we didn't have before. If you want to keep factory setup, spend the money and get it.

This product allowed me to continue to use the factory Toyota steering wheel controls with the Pioneer head unit. Works great. No issues.

Replaced the factory 6disc changer in an F150, used this to regain the steering wheel controls. Interfaced nicely with my Kenwood head unit. Being able to program the functionality of the buttons is quite nice.
Mildly annoyed with SW's website, but everything seems to work as advertised.

I've a 2011 Mazdaspeed 3 and use the steering wheel controls (particularly for audio control) all the time. This interface works very well (no delays, the aftermarket stereo responds as it should, and all the original control functionality is maintained).
I had it professionally installed so I can't speak to ease of installation, alas. I know I have no idea where it is in the vehicle, though, and I'm good with that (it means it's easily hidden/out of the way)
Worth getting if you're upgrading your car stereo and want to keep your steering wheel controls!

This was installed in my wife's 2012 Nissan Altima. IT was used to connect a Boss stereo. All of the controls on the steering wheel work as they are supposed to with this interface.

Perfect for my vehicle as it stated. Easy to install as a DIY compared to others I have tried in the past. If you do not know what you are doing just let the GEEKS handle it and get you taken care of right the first time.

I replaced the factory CD/Radio in my ford expedition. The mestro steering wheel interface was recommended by best buy technician for my CD/Radio replacement project. The only issue I had was the unclear and incomplete PC programming instructions which needed to be done on the Maestro website for the maestro device for my ford installation. I had to google troubleshooting instructions on the maestro forum to help successfully complete the programming process. The Mestro interface works great and I was able to maintain my factory steering wheel control which made me very, very happy.

I wanted to maintain the steering wheel controls when I purchased my after market radio from Best Buy and this made it possible. With their outstanding installation, Best Buy hooked this up so I maintained all the control I had before. Works great, very satisifed.

Only took me 3 hours to get programed. Still don't work 100% perfect, but for about have the price of others, all in all not a horrible product. If you're on a budget and have some time to waste. This one if a good buy.

Bought a new A/M touch screen radio for my F150, but still wanted to be able to use my OE steering wheel controls - this plugged up no problem, programmed pretty easy, and voila... they work just like before.

Purchased a new Pioneer receiver and steering wheel controls did not function properly. The Maestro interface was more expensive but worth the money. Maestro works perfectly and I have added controls that previously did not work.

I tried using the one from a more common brand with no luck no matter how many times I tried wiring and re-programming. Returned that one for the Maestro (same price) followed along the instructions for programming and it worked great the very first time no problem at all. This was installed on a 2013 Tundra.

This was part of another feature that gave me full access to all my oem features and it was soooo worth it. Highly recommend this product. Do it again in a second and the install was a breeze.
