Just what we needed

They are so helpful and had this ready for us to use on installing it. The is a great product. Works great.

Very Customizable

I thought this would be easier to use based on all the online reviews and YouTube videos. Not at all.

Item is fine. nonfunctioning a/c heat fan

The installation was completed with major issues. The technicians rushed and failed to verify that the a/c and heater were still functioning after installation. I called the BB in Reno, NV where the install was done. Advised to make an appt. Then covid and no scheduling of appts. I would like some assurance that this will be corrected asap when appts are being accepted.
