    this is a universal product but did not work on my truck nothing wrong with it at all it just is not a oem fit thats all

    This may not work for everything. The car fit guide said it would work with my car and Best Buy installed it along with a Kenwood head unit for my 2010 Honda Accord. The volume channel and stereo buttons work but my answer phone and end call buttons do not work. I’m not very happy with that but the car guy told me it’s hit and miss with different cars if all the buttons work.

    Instructions online. Confusing when it wants all you vehicle info for the instructions but ag the bottom says might have to program vehicle for same year different model.

    I orginally bought the pac control pro 2, and it was beyond terrible could never get it to work properly. Decided to buy this took me like 30 minutes from start to finish and works amazing. Definitely recommend this being your first choice. Don’t make the mistake I made.

    Did not maintain all features of steering wheel controls. Forward and back track/radio tune work as does volume. The phone controls and voice button for carplay and andriod auto do not function. Truly disappointing.
