Very hard to install

They recommended I purchase it early in case they ran out and I wouldn't need to pay for additional items, but they didn't take the return and charged me for another item instead.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed my salesman didn’t tell me I needed to buy this and the other 2 extra items, costing me an additional $150 and 2 additional weeks wait. You need to educate your sales team and or have the techs that install the equipment, review and discuss the purchase with the customer and salesman. I am very happy with the installation team, as they were the ones that searched online to find these additional items, that would work with my car and the new radio I purchased. I asked several times to the salesman, if any additional wiring harnesses and components would be needed and he said no, several times.
