great game, really enjoy the graphics and the action

Great game and the game play and the story is nice

Too much hype before release. I loved the both Mafia and Mafia 2. This third one sounded great but execution did not come close to the others when released. Some collectibles in game followed suit of Mafia 2 which gives you something outside of missions to do. Could not modify or store favorite vehicles. All vehicles were disposable. Later DLC allowed a few vehicles to be delivered but these were disposable too. After clearing several missions the game began repeating itself and lost its appeal. I liked the open world but it wasn't great. I would recommend it this to someone that likes open world setting for exploration but once you see all of the map and complete a few missions there isn't much left to hold you.

The story's front-and-center in Mafia 3... you step into the shoes of a wronged, African-American Vietnam vet, and you can't help but identify with his plight. The gameplay ultimately becomes a bit repetitive, but the story is stellar.

Great storyline. Kind of reminds of Vice city just updated graphics, the driving is good defenantly a lot better than GTA IV. Overall great game. Fun all around, tells the story of racist Southern American during the 60s.

There are a lot of reviews out there saying it's boring and repetitive. While I can understand the repetitive part, I still had a blast playing it. If you're a fan of open world games like GTA then I would get this.

The storyline is pretty interesting and fun to play. I don't play a tremendous amount of video games (I buy maybe 1-2 per year) but this was relatively simple to get the hang of and I enjoyed playing it through.

So far this game reminds me a bit of grand theft auto, really awesome, and better yet packed with racial slurs, screw political correctness, buck the establishment, and keep games like this coming!

This game is SWEET I cant put it down! I'm still currently playing it, but I'm just enjoying it that much. I would recommend this to a friend and they went and purchased it and told me thank you!

Never played any of the games in the Mafia series until now. Mafia III is definitely one of the best games I've ever played. It reminds me of Grand Theft Auto V but with a different twist to it.

Excellent GTA style fun! First 12 hours keeps your engrossed in action. Phenomenal fun, the 1968 music is awesome, and playing a black character in 1968 is an eye opening experience...

After starting this I've got to say that I like mafia 2 better. This isn't bad, I usually don't get things on release, but with the GCU 20% and $10 pre order credit, it's hard not to.

This game is an absolute blast to play. Takes place in a fictionalized New Orleans in 1969. Great soundtrack, plays like GTA V. Great revenge story and stealth combat is great.

This game was all in all very good. I enjoyed the overall story but felt like the missions were a little repetitive. It is definitely a game that I recommend to others.

The game is very similar to many other games of its category, gang operations like GTA. It has a good story and the missions to find and defeat Gang Leaders are fun.

I will say this the game is repetitive but the story scenes make up for the lack this game has other than that I do not regret getting this game it is pretty fun.

The story for Mafia 3 is great but that's the only thing good about the game. It's way too repetitive and once you beat the game, there's no replay value to it.

A great fun game in its own, this deluxe edition has everything.. I would not play around kids though... graphics and language are for mature audiences

Overall has a good story and nice feel to it all, not much to complain about, if you've played the others then you already know what to expect....

I purchased game after friend told me to check it out and it is one the best gamea of 2016. I recommend everybody to buy it, the story is great.
