3rd magellan gps seems they don't update hardware or software. Previous one returned cuz froze up in the heat. BUT I do like the feature where you can switch back and forth between fastest. shortest. Fastest not always best route. they also have no toll and most highway feature as u drive without going into settings. UNSURE IF THIS HAS BEEN IN BEST BUY WAREHOUSE. BECASUE OFTeN SOME ROADS not on gps. I would have thought it would have been updated along with better internal circuitry transistor chips etc. They would not allow an extra Best BUY warranty???

I used a friends and was impressed with the ease of operation. The price is good and the addresses are pretty current. I like the features (red light camera warning) but some of the keypad operations are a little confusing, but overall I like this GPS system.

I purchased the Magellan Roadmate 5330T-LM GPS to replace my old Magellan GPS which had worked well for a number of years and had stopped working. I initially had problems with the set-up and getting used to the "touch". I would touch the screen and nothing would happen. Also I seemed to be in a loop with selecting the "language". It was set on Spanish. I selected English and it stayed on Spanish. I did this a few times. So I selected French to see if it would change to French and it did. After a few more times it changed to English. The "language" problem was probably due to my touch. Once I got the GPS set up it worked finel. One of the things that I really like is the color contrast. The one problem that I have is that my "touch"on the screen somehow isn't good so to remedy that I use the end of a pen and the touch screen seems to work fine. I had a good experience with my prior Magellan GPS and expect to have the same from this Magellan GPS.

Easy to see large screen with intuitive controls lending itself to easy use.

Bought this brand new the beginning of 2017 and it is the worst GPS I ever owned. Due to this I will never buy another Magellan. Once upon a time I swore by Magellan GPS. It refuses to recognize current roads right out of the box and sends you on a wild goose chase to the middle of nowhere. I travel for work and I ended up unplugging this and using mapquest written directions because it couldn't get me to my job. I ended up being thirty minutes late because of it. It now sits nicely on my front seat and I contemplate throwing out the window and watching it smash on the ground just to make myself feel better that I bought it. I'm disgusted. Save your money, buy something else.

I find this a very frustrating gps to use inasmuch as it doesn't hold its battery charge for very long and any accidental touching of the screen causes it to move away from mapping screen. I was used to being able to do test runs of routes with a different gps and set up new routes easily on battery power. Not so with this unit.

This is easy to use and the screen is the perfect size.
