VERY SLOW INTERFACE

ABOUT A 2 TO 3 SECOND DELAY ON THE TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE. AND NAVIGATION LAGS FREQUENTLY CAUSING PASSING UP THE TURNS. I TRIED TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO BEST BUY AND WAS DENIED A REFUND BECAUSE I HAD IT FOR THREE WEEKS.

Cataracts in camera and in upgrades

Guess what I have cataracts AGAIN, I also cannot perform the following upgrades I see on other brands: Customizing of voice Addition of Maps for Mexico, Puerto Rico, something other maps have. I've been a loyal Magellan user for more than 10 years and THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE JUST A CHAT AND EMAIL. Think hard about this in the future.

I would not buy this model again!

It is always 70 to 100 feet off street intersections and takes minutes to recover after I have made a turn onto a new street.
