He has been told to eat more fruit and vegetables and liquids. This is so simple to use. I made 2 smoothies for him and now he is doing this himself....every day. Great buy

Comes with a starter kit of a travel mug, large cup, small cup and lids. Very simple to use and clean up is a breeze.

easy and portable
