Great item for the single guy

Its a lot easier to keep clean than a regular blender and its quick. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that my first one eventually wrote out after 3 years of daily use.

My only issue is that the cups provided are a little small, I ended up having to use two and just pour them together.

Easy to use

Gets job done most of the time

Does what it says it does

My usage frequency is about once every couple of days. The unit does appear to have a little trouble and takes a little more time than expected breaking through thicker ice. A smoothie prepared in frozen blocks will take more like 5 to 10 minutes. It is easy to clean and more convenient than using a large blender, which was my reason for the purchase.
