Been using it for about 5 months now and it works great. I bought the kit with multiple cups but I have only used the one with the handle. I also don't use the sip ring... Just one more thing to have to wash. The noise is not too bad and it's never slowed down while blending. I've used bigger blenders that smell like they are overheating, this one has never done that. Happy with my purchase!
