My husband decided to get me this new one, without the problem I had caused...couldn't be happier!!!

It makes one serving at a time, so there's nothing leftover. It's easy to clean. (All but the cutting base are upper-rack dishwasher safe.) You drink/slurp from the cup you blend in. The price is very reasonable. It comes with several mugs, lids, rings and one cutting base.

It's EXCELLENT if you're using fresh fruit, but gets a bit choked up when it comes to some frozen fruits like mangos. I tend to have to shake the container that holds the fruit a few times to get the fruit back in the right place if I'm using frozen fruit. But, overall I'd recommend and don't regret buying at all.

So far, so good. Low end blender/smoothie maker.

The blender mixes ingredients well, but I am a little disappointed that it cannot handle medium sized pieces of ice. Basically, I crush ice cubes with a mallet and then add to the other ingredients to blend. Still, I think it is a good product for the money.
