I typically make smoothies in the morning. Please don't over fill the container past the max line. if you are using frozen items in the blender, make sure you use a lot of liquids as this blender wont be able to handle crushing the frozen item due to its power. All in all, I love this blender and will purchase the top of the line Magic Bullet as it provides way more power than this model!

Best Buy store at West Hollywood didn’t have One and they put the order on 11/30/19. In a few days I came to the store to pick up my order I was disappointed bcz the box was broking I think the item was returned. When I asked sales man about open box he said that item is new and I opened the box. He probably was thinking how smart he was and how customers are stupid.
