Perfect single serving size. Add ingredients and press the cup down. And clean up is so easy. Cup and blades go in the dishwasher. My only disappointment was reading in the manual that it is recommended to replace the blades after a certain period of time. Makes sense, but I don't even want to think about finding replacement blades and how much they'll cost.

Was surprised that I used it constantly for about a decade, before it just conked out on me. As I still had all of the original accessories, & Best Buy was the only place selling a NEW "just the Base" ( plus one blade and 1 cup, on sale to boot ) I purchased and it works like a dream, even with the old blades, etc

We've had them in our households for literally 7 or 8 years. This one is the most basic one and I am glad that parts from my older ones still fit the newer one. All good. A great and better price at Best Buy for this. The local retailer had it at twice the price.
