    Wow. Best Buy system is asking me for a review, when they should know that we had to return this microwave. When we tried to use it, the light would come on and the turntable turned, but nothing heated up. THAT IS BAD-- any error situation that affects the magnetron is serious and dangerous. I had to drive this broken item back to the store since repacking it and mailing it would have been a pain. It would be nice if Best Buy would pay me for my time--I make $50 an hour at work. This took me about 1.5 hours (removal from our kitchen, repacking, driving to Santa Maria, and then driving home. You owe me $75.
