I got this keyboard because i wanted to retain the Touch ID. Although this keyboard does everything i need, the only downfall is that there is no backlight. I was extremely disappointed when i learned about that. I use it when im working with my laptop through my LG 32” OLED Monitor. Overall works great.

This is a great keyboard for the Mac Mini M1! I love the small footprint and the Touch ID works just like it does on my MacBook Air! No need to type a password, just put your finger on the sensor! The keys work really well and have some good feel to them.

Easy to install, Touch ID is great. However for big hand and fingers, it take getting used to. Long lasting battery.

Great keyboard. I travel between offices and workstations frequently. I carry my MacBook Pro and typically dock it to a monitor when I arrive at an office. This keyboard travels with me along with my Magic Mouse. The keyboard is light and fits in my messenger style bag, very easily. What has been really helpful is the Touch ID. I rarely do work in excel or accounting so not having the number keypad is ok for my workflows.

The keyboard is versatile, pairs easily, and responds in real time. The only downside is the lightning port as all Apple products are now utilizing usb-c ports.

Bought this to compliment my new Mac Studio. Does everything needed and I love the fingerprint recognition but can’t help from feeling it should sell for 1/2 of what it does. Very well built nd hopefully will last for many years to off set it high price. BTW, I did have $40 I. Reward dollars so that helped take the sting out of it.

Why is this so expensive? Because it’s worth it! If you have a pro with fingerprint reader don’t waste your time with anything else. Buy this, and you’re done.

Functions very well and good battery life. Touch ID key is very helpful with passwords and logging in. Only negative I can find is that keyboard is not backlit.

I enjoy the option to have some more freedom at times for example when in bed or Lounging. Gives more options. Very solid piece. It’s simple. Sleek. Very nice. Love it.

Touch ID is a great improvement, works well, though seems a little overpriced compared to regular model. Just purchased to replace old battery operated magic keyboard that finally gave out.

Battery life is incredible. Ive had this for a little over a month and have charged it once about a week after I got it. Touch ID works awesome as well.
