Alright so this keyboard is expensive. But the Touch ID makes it very much worth it. If you do not dock your laptop and use it at a desk more than you do mobile, then I wouldn't recommend it. But if you do dock at a desk, then its worth it in my opinion. But only if you can spend the extra money. The keys feel great and its very nice to type on this keyboard.

I use a few mechanical keyboards, as part of my work in IT. However, bought this one to have a quieter one at work...and I LOVE IT! I mean, I am an Apple fan-boy anyway, but it just types so well, and I love the integration of Touch ID. More than worth it. I may like the typing experience better on my Nuphy 75 with Baby Raccoon switches, but I love this keyboard as a great option for a work environment.

The ease of setting up the keyboard was seamless. Right out of the box the computer recognized it and i was able to use. I like that it has the number pad as well as the finger print sensor. Worth the price.

Flawlessly connects to my MacBook Pro, 14 inch. Touch ID works amazing, just as if it were my keyboard on my MacBook Pro. Number pad is a great feature when working with numbers. definitely pricier than other keyboards. However, the quality and connectivity with Mac is unparalleled.

High quality product. No issues at all with touch id. A little prices but is made study and can take somewhat of a beating. Low profile and long battery life.

The Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad is pretty neat for anyone using newer Macs with Apple silicon. It’s got a clean look, the keys feel great under your fingers, and having Touch ID is super handy for quick logins and authorizing purchases without needing a password every time. Plus, the numeric keypad is a bonus for anyone crunching numbers or working on spreadsheets. But, here's the kicker – if you're using an older iMac like I am, the Touch ID feature won't work, which is a real bummer. It feels like you're missing out on the full experience, especially when you've shelled out for what's supposed to be a top-notch keyboard. So, while it's a solid keyboard with lots to like, the Touch ID letdown for us with older Macs takes some of the shine off.

I love it. Makes easy use to unlock my MacBook Pro from this keyboard as my laptop is on a stand. Overall good construction. Keys are smooth with a little resistance which I prefer. They are quite keys, which I prefer. Battery life is extremely long! I’ve only charged it once so far.

Great complement to the new MacBook I got for my wife. Pairs easily and just works. It’s very thin, but keys have a good feel. With the 10-key pad it’s a bit wide, so it fits weird in a case.

It’s an Apple product what can I say. Super satisfying to type on and works every time. Battery lasts a long time too. They’re definitely a little pricey though…

I had recently purchased a 24" iMac without Touch ID. However, after some research I decided to get this keyboard. Returning the 24" without was no an option since I already had it setup and did not want to go through ordering and waiting again for its arrival. Overall, I really like to Touch ID feature you my index fingerprint. It is quick, and I do not have to type my password to access. Call me lazy, LOL! Also, no more batteries to change. Just connect it to lightening to recharge, and you can still use it while it is being charged.

Apple does it again. Keyboard has a great touch (prior versions led to many typos for me). The fingerprint security for my M1 Mac Mini works smoothly. The battery life is miraculous.

I like that i can use tough id to unlock my mac. Build quality is nice. But i wish it has back light and it is a bit flat. I reccomend putting it at an angle for better comfort while working.

I had to buy the Magic Keyboard since my M2 Mac mini was displaying a considerable delay between input of my Logitech Wave Keyboard to being displayed. After this happened a few times I was fed up with it and was about to buy the non-numeric pad Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. After testing it on the iMacs on display, I went with the Magic Keyboard with both the Touch ID and numeric Keypad. This decision was worth it, but definitely not worth the price tag, since Dell sells their multi-device keyboard for $100. However, for the time I have been using this, the keyboard feels amazing. Haven't gotten any hand/finger cramps like I did with a certain bland looking Logitech keyboard for work.

If you have a Mac that supports Touch ID then this is a great keyboard. Especially if you have a setup like mine where you use a MacBook that sits closed and connected to an external monitor most of the time. The Mac controls and the expansion to include a 10 key make it easy to work in applications that need frequent numerical entries on your Mac. It pairs easily and has a nice solid construction. If you’re a PC user then there isn’t much here for you that isn’t offered on other keyboards for less money.
