There is a bit of a steep learning curve for this software but well worth the money. Do not buy the basic version!!! It will not do half what this one will and you get a lot of bonus software with it.

If you are just editting videos for youtube this is perfect for you, but if you are making upper level films it will work but can use a few more add ons but overall its cool

So I bought it because I want to start doing video editing, set up was easy, I'm still new to this program, but it's been pretty easy to use.

Have been using Vegas to edit movie reviews. Very easy to use with friendly interface. Great value for the price, if it ever goes on sale it's a must buy for anyone who produces their own videos.

The software is great, you can do all sorts of effects and manipulations to your videos. Im still learning how to use it though, its not as intuitive as i would like it to be. But im a beginner, im sure if you are used to other video editing software, it might be easier to use.

Paid less than 50 dollars (with a Newegg price match) and I must say, it isn’t that bad. Compared to Imovie (Apple only), I believe this is a close competitor and great PC alternative. Be sure to have Best Buy price match competitor prices and do NOT pay full retail.

great software, for any video editing , youtube post, facebook post. or just putting family videos together.

My daughter is in the process of making movies and this software will hopefully provide the final product

The learning curve is really steep, and program is not very intuitive.

It is really simple to use and as someone that is starting with editing I think this is a very nice for newbies.

I can imagine how incredible this software program is in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. Unfortunately that doesn't include me. I'm a novice and so I've so far not been able to do much of anything with it.

For someone who is new to this kind of software, it was perfect!

This product was recommended to me by other people. They were right. It's a good video editing program. I have it a 4 instead of a 5 because I believe there is probably always something better out there.
