What a waste. After install I had static on anything I tried to watch, such as streaming content. It would not load gopro videos. I could get rid of the static by restarting my PC, but as soon as I opened Movie Studio the static came back. Now I have no sound at all. And my PC says my speakers are not connected and can not reconnect. I searched the web and the forum on the Magix site, and it is a common issue, and nobody has a fix.

I tried to like it but this keeps crashing. When it runs it is easy to use.

I was able to load the software and run it one time. After that I could not open the software again. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, no better. I tried running it as administrator, it only crashed quicker. The manufacturer was entirely unavailable and therefore unhelpful. What a waste of money. The one time I did have it open I found it quite unintuitive. For example, you can add media files to the timeline and then split them to get clips from various media files in your end product. This is unintuitive and backwards and far less precise. Why not allow the user to edit the media files individually and then add the clips to the end product as desired, seems to make more sense that way. As they designed it, it is real hard to bounce from clip to clip when you have media recorded in the same timeline with multiple cameras and have seamless transitions maintaining the timeline and getting the clips to start and end precisely where you want them to. I've seen free software that does this far better and I expected more from something I paid for (and could not actually use in the end).

I purchased for my daughter and she loves it. Very easy to use and has lots of cool features.

Wife love how easy it is to make grate videos and clips.

I accidentally ordered this thinking it was the DVD-rom version. The online setup was okay. Just make sure you have a Magix account.

Awesome just what I needed. Helped out a lot with video editing.

Won't even open on my laptop. Don't know if my laptop just not new enough or what. But can't use.

I purchased at local store. The box only contained activation code for Movie Studio but not the extras. Movie Studio is a good program, Just wish I had been able to get the extras also. No code was received after registration even though the Magix website said it was forthcoming.
