Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used Malwarebytes since 2010 or so for various things including malware and virus cleaning of PC's and help remove rootkits, etc. Anytime I clean a PC I use it as part of the process. Some PC's it's what I'd recommend and others maybe not. I have no issues with Malwarebytes though as it's pretty solid. Sometimes I need something else. If you stick with this it's better than any free AV and it's better than some paid AV's. This is my 1st time using the digital download with BB and it is not a walk in the park. I'll try again after working with BB and maybe it'll be a better experience. If needed for now maybe try MB trial version while you have the product shipped to you until BB digital downloads work with being able to download it and/or product license key activates.

They NEVER appeared in my digital library. I ended up downloading individually and paying again. I tried for 4 hours one day to get a refund on the digital downloads I had purchased, and was transferred 6 times with no refund.
