    Good product overall, but poor execution by Best Buy. I can’t download the software through my Best Buy “library”. It fails to resolve whatever address they have it pointing to. Luckily I am an IT person and know that all I really need is the key and can download the trial from MalwareByres website and use the key to activate it. But I’m sure that’s not entirely obvious to many people.

    I always trust Malwarebytes anti-virus before a lot of these so called big name brands. Malwarebytes is more reliable!

    After spending hours getting this to activate, it would not work right. My windows takes 47 seconds to complete a scan and my mac 2 seconds. Could not configure to do a full HD scan. Malwarebytes won't let you talk to them on the phone. Best Buy said they won't refund. Had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Sometimes it's good to listen to the negative reviews before making a purchase.

    I have internet security and antivirus, but with all the bad on the internet these days I wouldn't want to surf the internet without Malwarebytes.
