After the first use, it stopped working. After disassembly I discovered water ingress all the way to a burnt out pcboard.

Dead after less than 4 months!

Support was great and sent a replacement for which I was thankful. Fast forward 4 months, and after only a few uses and a couple of charges, unit won't turn on and gives a low battery indication, though when put on the charging stand the unit gets very hot and will not hold a charge at all. Overall a waste of money and not the premium quality I expect given the premium price.

In an effort to troubleshoot and avoid any further delay in your grooming routine, please ensure your travel lock is disengaged. To do this, click the power button rapidly 3 times.
Once the travel lock feature is disengaged, The Lawn Mower® 4.0 should power on with one push of the power button.
