One of the spinning pieces inside broke and i'm only getting use of 3 of the razors. After their terrible support I decided to give another brand a shot. To me this was a downgrade. I didn't have any Pro's . Plenty of Con's. No way to tell how much battery is left, grip isn't very ergonomic.. Just felt awkward IMO. Wasn't it for me. Quest continues...

I returned it and I had the same problem with the second shaver. It’s not complicated to open you just remove the blades and when I do that everything comes apart very fragile.

Didn’t work for me

From the very beginning it irritated my skin worse than regular shaving. It never improved over the course of the month. I wish I could return it but it’s past the return date.

I love this brand and have bought many other Manscaped products which have worked great for me. Unfortunately, this head shaver broke quicker than any other head shaver I’ve used. There is no hair jamming it, Nothing visibly in the way, But one of the four ends will never be in place and just grinds and grinds and grinds, Given the price I paid, I anticipated a significantly higher quality from this product.
