Wall mount that pulls down makes watching TV at eye level a much better experience, even though it is mounted over our fireplace.

Not what we were told it told. I told the associatie what I was looking for in a over the mantle TV mount and when this one was delivered with the TV to be installed this mount did not fit the requirements. It was cannot say I recommend this item for your requirements may be different than mine. But this TV mount doesn’t fit as flush against the wall if area mounted as I needed and wanted it to. We just kept what we already have and the mount was returned . Well made good quality and heavy. Definitely need good studs for it. I just did not want a mount that at rest protrudes out further than my mantle.

Not the prettiest wall mount, but possibly the most versatile. Instructions are complex and thorough. Well built and quality design.

If you are looking at this, just get it. You already know what it does and it does it well. The smoothness to adjust down, the articulating extra features like side to side, and the room for a sound bar makes this a winning mount. The temperature sensitive handles are a plus for fireplaces that make try to kill your TV.

EXPENSIVE and WORTH IT. The Mantelmount company sells direct at same price but no BestBuy rewards that way. The MFG site has a number of models and this is toward the highend. BUT ROCK SOLID HEAVY STEEL...We use on Patio with Large (65in) TV and even in the wind nothing moves up or down. For a Cover get a properly sized one for your TV with a LARGE Velcro opening in the back and the metal peices are big.

This is a great edition. It is super sturdy and moves with ease.

If you have a high mantel then this is the one to get, or just would like to get the tv up and out of the way when not in use, then this is the mount. This is my second one of these and it brings the tv from that awkward height to a more comfortable viewing level and it can swivel so I can see it from my kitchen or patio when I’m not in the living room.

Expensive but worth it. After installation it’s very solid and great for lowering tv over mantel smoothly.

Was easy to install and works like a charm. Would Highly recommend.

Excellent, a little heavy. The soundbar rack on the bottom almost covers over the TV sensor.

The Mantel Mount works great. Easy to pulldown, fits well above fireplace.

Mount works exactly as I needed for my space above the fireplace. Thankfully the installation was done by the apartment staff as it looked extremely complicated. No complaints about the functionality, but does seem a bit pricey

I love this mount it great for people who are short to have a great view from anywhere in the room. Works well very impressed

This Mantel Mount does exactly what we needed it to do. Our new 85" TV looks great and the mount allows for great functionality.

Three mint itself is great, is does what is stored to, but not all sound bars will for their brackets (sonos playbar being one). Also, it is a rather time consuming and physical task putting it together and mounting the Tv. I still give it 4 stars though.

The MantelMount Pull Down TV Wall Mount is amazing. It does take a bit of planning and preparation in order to mount it to the wall. Once it is mounted, it sturdier than any TV mount I have ever had. Very impressed with the quality.

This was the perfect solution for lowering the tv just in front of the mantle to give a more enjoyable viewing experience. Has a super smooth motion and can literally raise and lower with two fingers
