    This is a well built wall mount. I’ve had it for about a year and no issues pulling it down daily. I have a 75” tv weighing 75 lbs. There were a lot of parts for installation, but if you follow the instructions, it’s pretty easy. My only con is that it’s a bit expensive.

    this mount is of sound build but sits 11 inches off the wall and oat 20 when pulled into the downward position. it just looked very bulky on the wall and takes away a look of space. It's made to drop the tv in front of fireplace but even when fully lifted it sits out to be directly in the rising sea of the fire place. product was not how it was explained or a pleasant view when installed. The Geek squad gentlemen who installed were very professional and a pleasure to have on the job.

    Exactly as advertised Hydraulic pistons effortlessly lower TV from a too high viewing angle mounted over fireplace. 4 stars only because the sound bar mount is not optional and sticks out at the bottom. Would be nice to have something to cover this up for someone who has other audio plans
