    The install guy named Andrew was the worst that I could have imagined. He complained about how difficult the job was going to be. He complained that the stride did not tell him it was a mantle mount and said that the store and other geek squad did not know this but he researched it and that installing it could cause a fire and void our fire insurance. He went to get his tools. Drive away and then cancelled the order. What is that?

    Works exactly as described! Installation was easy. I would suggest reading through the directions before doing anything. Bracket and piston are strong. I installed a 65” Sony on it and once installed with a sound bar it took 2 minutes to adjust the tension the mechanism to keep it in the right place.

    This is very good, who ever have the TV attached above the fireplace. However, this is expensive compared to the other options. Kept 4.5 rating

    Amazing. Perfect for when you just don’t have the right place to mount anywhere but high but want low when sitting. Pricey but worth it. Had installed and I’d recommend that bc seemed very complicated and a two person job.

    Terrible experience with an open box purchase. Missing several parts even though there was tape all over it stating that it had been inspected by Best Buy. The item was unusable so it had to re-packed and returned to the local store.

    product did not work. Paid for the installation and paid for the extra services for specialized installation. The TV mount ended up not working. I was told to keep the TV mount as it is and reached out BestBuy for other options. When, I was at BestBuy, I was told to return the TV mount for any refund. THIS IS ABSURD!
