I've two sets of speakers in my home (on the walls and on the ceilings). This A/V HT could only connect to the ones on the walls, not on the ceiling ones. They said I've to purchase another one for that. Also, during installation of this, they only put one battery in the remote. They forgot the other one. I had to put my own two AAA batteries in the remote then.

Bluetooth and internet radio still works tho. Tried everything to fix it but apparently marantz have a problem with the HDMI boards in the receivers.

Posted .First, we would like to thank you for your purchase and taking the time to leave us your feedback. More often than not, we have found this symptom to be an EDID issue, which often gets resolved when a more advanced HDMI cable is being used. We recommend an HDMI version 2.0, or more recent for the best communications between your sources/screen and your receiver.
If an upgrade to the HDMI cables doesn't work, or isn't necessary because they are already of the correct specification, there's always the option of a system reset. This involves disconnecting from the receiver's power source for at least one minute, and then powering-up again. Followed by a firmware update - which is best done when the receiver is hardwired to prevent wi-fi drop-outs, which can cause problems during an update. The cost to repair it didn't make sense so I purchased the new updated version of the old one and am quite pleased with the performance.

But the form had a physical address right next to the POBox address. Living in a rural area, I took the salesperson's advice that any carrier could deliver the item and entered both addresses. UPS interpreted this as a POB and returned it from their local HUB. If I only knew.... I think it will be a good review if I ever receive the product,

Posted .Hello, sorry to learn of your frustrations. I want to recommend using the Manual EQ. Adjustments of specific frequencies are possible using this feature. Using the remote, select Setup> Settings>Audio>Manual EQ.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second defective Marantz NR1510 that I have purchased from you as well as a Denon that I had to return. The first NR1510 wouldn't power up but went into the protective mode. I spoke with a Marantz rep for quite some time and we attempted to use the factory reset but it was just defective. The second one I, with the help of a Marantz and a Samsung rep, was able to get everything up and running. I unplugged everything later that day before a storm so that it wouldn't be damaged by lightning, (in advance to an alert received on my phone). When I later plugged everything back in, it was no longer paired up with anything. I have had 4 lengthy conversations with Marantz reps to try to solve the problem, to no avail. The last time the rep is going to consult someone higher within their company to resolve this. I have done nothing to damage or harm the items at all! I have no idea why all of this is happening?!

Started acting crazy exactly 3 years after purchase and out of warranty. Sent to an authorized Marantz repair center and the motherboard was bad. New motherboard plus labor $604.00. If you buy it get an extended warranty. Otherwise sounded very good and liked the slim look.
