Mistake free Margaritaville concoction maker, you can't go wrong if you like um strong. The no brainer mixing tool gives you the perfect blend of ingredients. The one touch control distributes the shaved ice and blends all the ingredients for the perfect beverage. You can get a little creative and add fresh or frozen fruit to the the mix and control the amount of ice for desired taste. It was the highlight of a party we had recently and everyone enjoyed the drinks. I made slushes for the kids and I'm sure some people after asking me about it when out and bought it for themselves.

Works great. Shaved ice just as fine as the daiquiri shop.

I purchased this blender for my wife and was initially impressed by the quality of the materials, the fit and finish, and the included accessories. We had a large group of people over and she made 2 pitchers of frozen drinks with no issues. We were impressed by how the blender shaves the ice and mixes the ingredients. When she attempted to make the 3 pitcher we ran into issues. The pitcher would not seat properly onto the base and the mixing blades wouldn't engage. There was only a very small amount of ice on the base, which we cleaned out but it still wouldn't engage. The next day we gave it a dry run to see if it would work and it seemed to function fine. Not sure what happened, so only time will tell if this blender will last longer than the other MUCH CHEAPER blenders we've owned.

This was a deal of the day on National Margarita Day. It was an impulse buy that I don't at all regret. I was intimidated at first by all the instructions for full disassembly, but I haven't bothered doing that yet. Blending soapy water seems to clean it up just fine, and I let the ice reservoir air out after use. Makes delicious frozen margaritas and daiquiris. Some of the recipes require a little tweaking (don't put too much ice in your pina coladas), but that's part of the fun. Great for impressing your friends on hot days. I wish the travel cases were still available because it would be fun to take to parties.

I had my doubts and just like you, read reviews on these margaritaville machines. I mean come one, it's just another blender right? WRONG! I was so wrong thinking the same thing. So, after doing some research and reading lots of reviews, I decided to take the leap and man, I'm so glad I did. You add ice to the top, your mixture into the blender cup, turn it on and touch 1 button and it does all the work for you. It shaves the ice up above and funnels it into the blender. Once the blender is full, it turns on for a few seconds, stops, then blends again. And done! This is frozen drink making done right! All of my friends who have come over are absolutely amazed at this Margaritaville machine!

This product is amazing. It is very well made and makes perfect frozen drinks every single time. The handy measuring system is fool-proof. The secret to frozen drinks is the two stage approach. Shaved ice, then blended. Putting ice in a standard blender leaves huge chunks of ice. This system shaves ice and then blends the mixers including fresh fruits... it rivals professional grade systems that most bars use that cost upwards of $3000.

Man this thing is very cool! It's true, the shaved ice is very different than crushed ice in a blender, plus this thing is super fast! Only drawback is its size, this thing is huge. storage is a problem

My wife and I purchased this in the smaller addition to go in our RV. Haven't got a chance to use it yet but excited to break it out on one of our upcoming camping trips

bought this to make smoothies, some of them have a bit of rum sometimes. don't judge me. Its as fun to play with as it is good at what it does. it took me a few times to understand this unit, it is the basic unit so it has a predetermined amount of ice it puts into the pitcher, that needs to be adjusted. we do this by using the manual ice and blend switch. it is also a bit tall to leave on the counter, that is the biggest drawback for me. overall its a blast. get one.
