    I was over charged, when I bought the product it was on sale but when I got home and saw the receipt, I realized that they charged me more , went back but they will not refund my money, so I will return it and take my money and buy from somewhere else. Disappointed about Best Buy, I have been their loyal customer for years together with my husband. Bad experience

    I’ve been happy with all my purchases at Best Buy. I’ve bought a IPad, an Apple Watch and case for a I phone 15 at Best in the last year and was happy with cost.

    The pack had a code when tried to redeem.It said already expired.Not sure even the packed case also has expired comtent.I lost 20 dollars. Best buy not sure if they can refund or replace.
